Promoting YOU is an art and a science. As in any other business, promoting YOU takes dreams, vision, determination, commitment, hard work, strategy, focus and anyone who has made the big trip up success mountain; will tell you all this is true. Plus you need some true friends, for support, mentors for guidance, experienced advisors who will tell you the truth, and some good luck.

So as you read and explore through this information you will find it will be important, direct, factual, and most of all full of lessons from many years of being in the publishing and promotions business.

My grandfather said, “The taste of failure makes your success sweeter.” Well, I’ve had my lifetime share of mistakes, mix-ups, setbacks, screw-ups, accidents, and a few failures. While these “experiences” were not fun, it is my intention to spare you the pain and misery that went with each of them.

A wise person once said: “You can figure it out if you can find a willing teacher with the experience of success.” So, perhaps that’s how we start to connect right here, right now, and we move forward.

You might wish to become a successful author, professional speaker, trainer entertainer, consultant, publisher, engineer, programmer, executive, teacher, professor, designer, chef, athlete, racecar driver, inventor, poet or some other profession - this is a long list.  Some of the most important questions you will probably ask in your life - like - what is my purpose? What is my mission? And why am I here? These questions and many more like them; are all answered with the same statement.  The answer lies within you.

Don’t blindly follow other people like lemmings and robots. March to your own tune and listen to your heart, your mind, and your gut! But do not fear asking for advice along the way, and listen carefully.  I always did and it served me well.  If I had it to do over again, I would have asked for more advise and listened better. 

Every single day is a new day and opportunity to improve on the past; so sit up, take a deep breath, buckle up, strap in tight and get ready for launch, we will take in 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, BLAST OFF -
